4. Actions and Integrations

This layer equips the agent with the ability to take actions via integrations with other tools and systems. In a marketing context, that means connecting the agent to things like your email marketing platform, CRM, analytics dashboards, social media schedulers, etc. Instead of just telling you an insight, the agent could, for example, draft and send an email, create a campaign ticket, or pull real-time data from a system. These capabilities transform the agent from a passive analyst into an active assistant.
