Agent Builder pricing has two components: a platform fee based on your plan (Free, Build, or Custom) that includes a set number of C1 API calls per month, and LLM token costs that are billed separately at your model provider’s rates — passed through directly with no markup.
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members. You only pay based on API usage, not how many people are on your team.
On the Free plan, your agents stop responding once you hit 5,000 calls. On the Build plan, you can continue beyond 25,000 calls at $0.002 per additional call — no hard cutoff, so your end users are never interrupted. Custom plan limits and overage rates are negotiated.
Bring Your Own Identity (BYOI) lets you connect your own auth provider so end users log in with your identity system — available on Build and above. Bring Your Own LLM Key (BYOK) lets you use your own provider API keys for full control over model spend — available on the Custom plan.
